International Buyers – Please Note: * Import duties, taxes and charges will not be included in shipping charges quoted. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. * Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

If within 30 days of your purchase, you are dissatisfied with a product, it is absolutely essential that we be notified prior to ever returning a product in order to receive proper credit. Contact us via email at: avenyoubeauty@sbcglobal.net If you have received a defective or damaged product, you will be given a complete refund including all shipping and handling charges, or an exact replacement product will be sent at no-charge. If you change your mind about the purchase that you have made, send back the "unopened/unused" product with our authorization, and you will be reimbursed for the product price, excluding all shipping and handling charges. Due to health reasons, returns and/or exchanges can not be made on any of our offered shape wear and bra products after the item(s) is opened or worn. Should you decide that you no longer want the product before opening the package, we will happily issue you a product refund after we receive the piece back from you. International Shipments: If an order is seized in customs, refused by the recipient or not delivered due to an inaccurate address, AvenYou Beauty will not be responsible for reimbursement. If the product is returned undamaged, we will, with your consent, re-ship the order to you again with an additional shipping charge. Otherwise, we will refund the product cost if you decide not to have your order re-shipped.
